Arbizzi chooses STOMMPY for a more comfortable, safer and therefore more productive environment
WHAT STOMMPY'S CLIENT SAYS
Stommpy has been quick to respond, knowledgeable about the subject, and provides high quality products
both from a structural and aesthetic point of view
HOW WE WORK
- COLLECTION OF MASS DATA, speed of transport vehicles, loads used in individual company areas, and evaluation of the area occupied by the impact protection in its maximum deformation.
- CALCULATION OF IMPACT ENERGY, to identify the necessary strength level of the impact protectors to be applied;
- CHOICE OF THE MOST SUITABLE ANTI-STOP PROTECTION for the customer's purpose, by level of energy resistance, operational footprint and type.
SOLUTIONS
COLUMN PROTECTION
Pillars and columns are vulnerable elements inside industrial plants, as they are exposed to the impact of vehicles in general. In this regard, we have protected the most sensitive corners with the use of Shockproof Poles and Shockproof Slabs.
PROTECTION OF PEDESTRIAN AREAS
Wherever there is sharing of operational space between pedestrians and vehicles, there runs the obligation to delimit the operations of one and the other with suitable impact protectors to ensure their safety. ARBIZZI has achieved this goal by installing Pedestrian Handrail and Single-Wire Anti-Collision Guardrails to protect the expected pedestrian traffic from offices to production and from offices to loading bays.
SHELVING PROTECTION
Shelving is a structure designed exclusively to support a static load, any impact can cause it to collapse. At ARBIZZI, we have protected both the shelf heads and the shelves themselves with Impact Protectors that can withstand strong impacts, thus giving a higher degree of safety to the goods.
DOOR PROTECTION
Doors are another vulnerable element within an industrial facility if not properly protected.
We decided to install shock protectors dedicated to them in order to preserve them over time and guarantee the customer a reduction on their maintenance costs and production downtime caused by the inability to cross adjacent areas.
BENEFITS
- Reduction in infrastructure repair expenditures.
- Increased operational efficiency.
- Reduction of injuries to people.
