Quality Controls and Inspections

At STOMMPY S.p.A. we attach great importance to the quality of our products/services and are committed to constantly updating our internal quality management system in accordance with ISO9001:2015.

In order to achieve results that are increasingly in line with our customers' expectations, we have taken the following measures:

• Raw material checks: each batch of material undergoes conformity checks to ensure its quality and integrity.
• Checks during production/supply: Regular random quality checks are carried out during the production process to ensure that the required specifications are met.
• Final inspections: during assembly and installation, products are checked both visually and through functional tests to ensure proper installation.
• Internal audits: Periodically, audits are conducted both internally at the plant and during/after installations to assess compliance with company procedures.
• Customer feedback: We closely monitor quality reports or any complaints to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Implementation of improvement and corrective actions: as a result of internal audits, nonconformities, and periodic meetings, improvement and corrective actions are created and monitored to prevent and continuously improve business activities and procedures.
• Annual review: all procedures of the quality management system are continuously reviewed and updated.
• Increase awareness: all operators are constantly involved and updated regarding the quality management system and its procedures.
