New project to expand the existing plant.

CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES

• The protection of all major critical areas of the plant, which are subject to the risk of impact, with the means of transportation of goods;
• Recover all existing STOMMPY guards installed in the existing part of the plant, and reuse them according to the new requirements of the defined logistics plan;
• Fully meet all legal requirements for hygiene and safety in the work environment, in accordance with the highest standards in this area, applied by the Client.

SOLUTION PROPOSED BY STOMMPY

After a careful study of the layout and expected handling within the Client's facilities,

a technical solution was devised to best meet the business needs that emerged, namely:

• Collection of mass and velocity data of transportation vehicles used in individual business areas;
• Calculation of the impact energies of the Client's vehicles, to identify the necessary level of resistance of the crash protectors to be applied;
• Selection of the most suitable type of impact protection for the client's purpose, in terms of energy resistance level and type and height of protection, in each individual area of the new extension;
• Total recovery of existing impact protectors and their relocation, in accordance with the new layout, thanks to the versatility of STOMMPY's patented FIXA BLOCK ^SYSTEM® anchoring system.
