• Protect doors, production facilities and escape routes subjected to the risk of impact with goods transport vehicles;
• Comply with all legal requirements for hygiene and safety in the work environment, in accordance with the highest standards in this area, applied by the Client;

After careful analysis of the types of handling present in the various departments, a technical solution was devised that could secure walls and access points characterized by a continuous flow of vehicles.

The choice of the most suitable impact protection is dictated by a scientific and objective method that considers 4 basic steps:

• Collection of mass and velocity data of transportation vehicles used in individual business areas;
• Calculation of the impact energies of the Client's vehicles, to identify the necessary level of resistance of the crash protectors to be applied.
• Selection of the most suitable type of impact protection for the client's purpose, in terms of energy resistance level and type and height of protection, in each individual area of the new extension;
