PRODUCTION AREA PROTECTION
Production areas are the heart of the company.
Protecting them is critical to ensure operator safety and avoid unnecessary production downtime.
For their protection, we have come up with targeted solutions capable of providing the necessary security without, however, becoming an obstacle to operators and goods handling vehicles.
We protected the machines with Shockproof Poles and Shockproof Guardrails, trying to occupy as little space as possible and allowing forklifts, pallet trucks, and wagons to move freely without the risk of damaging the production lines.
SHELVING PROTECTION
Shelving is a structure designed solely to support a static load. Any impact caused by a goods handling trolley, generates a dynamic force that can easily cause costly damage to the racking and sometimes cause it to collapse.
We have chosen Shockproof Posts and Shockproof Guardrails to ensure the necessary safety of operators and the elimination of the high maintenance and repair costs of racking caused by impacts against the racking.
WALL PROTECTION
The wall is an extremely vulnerable element inside factories as it is exposed to impact from motor or push vehicles.
To ensure protection that lasts over time and allows Salumificio Val Rendena to save on maintenance costs, we have protected the most impact-prone walls with single-wire ShockGuardrails and Wall Impact Slabs.
DOOR PROTECTION
Doors are one of the most critical points of any plant since every single passage of the trolley can generate major risks of damage.
In order for them to remain intact, it is first necessary to protect their jambs, which are the most vulnerable point since they are the first to be hit. We carried out a dedicated project by securing them through the installation of Shockproof Poles. In choosing the most suitable protection, the traffic and speed of moving vehicles around the doors and in the surrounding areas were taken into account.
