STOMMPY GROWS IN THE WORLD: POLAND, an evolving market, like its awareness of doing safety in the work environment.

The opening in Lodz of STOMMPY's first Polish office, one year on, what is the new start-up's balance sheet and growth prospects.


It is a fact that Poland is - and will continue to be a growing market for several more years on the European scenario - one of the countries that is still moving at a fast pace towards economic and technological development.

It is therefore not surprising that STOMMPY has bet on Poland as a strategic and priority target of its international development plan, with the aim of spreading and penetrating within the industrial fabric the culture of prevention and safety at work.

STOMMPY's young Polish start-up saw the light of day just over a year ago, laying its foundations in Lodz, a city that is booming both demographically and economically, thanks to its central geographic location in the country and barycentric on the route between the political and economic capital Warsaw and the business development capital Poznan.

Under total control of the parent company, STOMMPY Poland S.p.z o.o. was established to achieve the precise and ambitious goal of developing a new market and sales network for all STOMMPY projects and products in Poland.

With the constant support of the Italian HQ, Mr. Adam Dziworski - sales manager of the new branch - is focusing on the development of the sales structure and marketing plans of the branch, so as to gradually grow its turnover. Contributing to this is not only the sale of STOMMPY's signature business security projects, but also the product installation service, a constant in the company's business model that is also highly appreciated by the Polish market. To support this service, a team of specialized installer technicians, trained at the HQ in Italy, and a product and spare parts warehouse at the same business premises has been developed.

The recent opening of STOMMPY's new Polish branch is part of a broad strategic plan for the company's international development, a plan that saw its start in 2016 with the opening of the branch in the United States, in 2018 with the opening of the branch in Poland, and by the most recent in Germany in 2019. A network of presences, the one that STOMMPY is gradually building, made up of its own owned branches and those of the exclusive STOMMPY-branded distributors, now covering a total of 18 countries, and created with the aim of fortifying the company's international presence and making its development action in strategic areas even more efficient.

" The results achieved so far are very encouraging," comments Marco Chiarini, President of the STOMMPY Group, "not only because of the good acceptance of the product philosophy and its function in the company, but also considering that Poland still pays a considerable deficit in terms of purchasing power towards Western European products, with a currency ratio of 4.3 PLN for 1 €." "focused primarily on the industry target, and in the different product sectors, the commercial action undertaken has found fertile ground and generated excellent sales results," Marco Chiarini concludes.  

He goes on to describe the ongoing experience this way, "Bringing our name and products to a new market for us means exporting to that market the STOMMPY revolution., the one we proudly carry on in Italy. In Poland we have begun to do this with flattering results, and from this first positive year of activity, there are clear signs that lead us to trust that it will be a decidedly positive and at the same time formative experience for us."
