STOMMPY GROWS IN THE WORLD: A NEW OFFICE IN GERMANY TO SPREAD THE SECURITY REVOLUTION
The opening of STOMMPY's first German office in Oberhausen marks a new milestone achieved by the company in its international development plan.
It is no secret: Germany is-and will continue to be in the future-one of the strongest and most economically advanced countries on the European and global scene. In more detail, it is also one of the countries in which the culture of prevention and safety at work is most felt, widespread and sustained. It is therefore not surprising that STOMMPY considers Germany as a strategic and priority target in its international development plan.
A goal that can now be considered achieved, thanks to the opening of the new STOMMPY office in Oberhausen, a German city located in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, a short distance from Düsseldorf.
This is a corporate subsidiary established to achieve the precise and ambitious goal of developing a new market and sales network in the German territory for all STOMMPY projects and products.
With the constant support of the Italian HQ, Mr. Dominik Beres - sales manager of the new location - will focus on the development of the sales structure and marketing plans of the subsidiary, so as to gradually grow its turnover. To this end, not only the sale of STOMMPY's signature business security projects will contribute, but also the product installation service, a constant in the company's business model that is highly appreciated by the markets, especially in Germany. To support this service, a team of specialized installation technicians, trained at the HQ in Italy, and a product and spare parts warehouse adjacent to the Oberhausen headquarters will be created.
As mentioned, the opening of STOMMPY's new German subsidiary is part of a broad strategic plan for the company's international development, a plan that saw its start in 2016 with the opening of the subsidiary in the United States, followed by the one in Poland and the current one in Germany. A network of branches, the one that STOMMPY is gradually building, created with the aim of fortifying the company's international presence and making its development action in strategic areas even more efficient, an action carried out until now by STOMMPY-branded autonomous exclusive distributors.
As for the Oberhausen location, although the opening of a new market is subject to several factors and requires caution in sales expectations, the business plan estimates reaching the break-even point by the third year of operation.
"Bringing our name and products to a new market for us means exporting to that market the revolution STOMMPY, the one we proudly carry on in Italy. In Germany we are starting to do that, and from these early stages we can tell that it is and will be a definitely formative experience for us."
Marco Chiarini, President of STOMMPY, describes the company's commercial move thus, and continues: "Whatwe are most looking forward to, however, are the first commercial feedback collected by Dominik Beres on the new market, data and numbers through which we will soon be able to perceive the degree of reception and interest of our product, and confirm the market analysis done earlier. Likewise, it will be of great satisfaction to see how the new branch, year after year, will be able to march forward materializing its growth, not only from the point of view of the volume of business, but also of the company's workforce, going to structure step by step an increasingly serious and complete organizational chart."
