STOMMPY protects the state-of-the-art paint facility from the daily impact of trolleys in Centroservice

CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES

Properly guide the carts within the painting area, avoiding impacts to interior walls, robots, and access points.
Protect the exterior walls and control panel of the paint plant to avoid extraordinary maintenance costs.
To study a solution that would make it easier for operators to maneuver the bulky trolleys containing the profiles to be painted.

After careful analysis of the types of handling in the paint shop, a technical solution was devised that could secure walls, doors and machinery.
The choice of the most suitable impact protection is dictated by a scientific and objective method that takes into consideration 2 basic steps:
Collection of mass and velocity data of transportation vehicles used in individual business areas;
Calculation of the impact energies of the Client's vehicles, to identify the necessary level of resistance of the crash protectors to be applied.
