SOLUTIONS

WALL PROTECTION

The wall is an extremely vulnerable element inside plants as it is exposed to impact from motor or push vehicles. To ensure long-lasting protection that saves Bencarni maintenance costs, we have protected the most impact-prone walls with single- and double Impact Safety Guardrail  Modular Anti-Crash Posts.

DOOR PROTECTION

Doors are one of the most critical points in any establishment since every single passage of the trolley can generate major risks of damage. In order for them to remain intact, it is first necessary to protect their jambs, which are the most vulnerable point since they are the first to be affected. We carried out a dedicated project by securing them through the installation of Shockproof Poles. In choosing the most suitable protection, the traffic and speed of moving vehicles around the doors and in the surrounding areas were taken into account.

WEIGHT PROTECTION

The columns and walls surrounding the weighbridge are vulnerable elements inside the Bencarni plant, as trolleys and pallet trucks can hit them, damaging them conspicuously. We have protected this area with our Impact Safety Guardrails, designed and certified to stop a vehicle's travel and transfer the impact energy released to the floor, without damaging it.

SHELVING PROTECTION

Shelving is a structure designed solely to support a static load. Any impact caused by a goods handling cart to it or the surrounding walls generates a dynamic force that can easily cause costly damage to the shelving and sometimes cause it to collapse. We have chosen Anti-Crash Posts and Anti-Crash Guardrails to ensure the necessary safety of the operators and the elimination of high maintenance and repair costs of racking caused by impacts against the racking.

LOADING BAY PROTECTION

Goods loading and unloading bays are structures designed and built to facilitate the operations of tipping vehicles. The new complex in BENCARNI provides a large loading/unloading area aimed at accommodating the large flow of vehicles. In this case, we used the Shockproof Poles to safeguard any damage to the structures, along with Impact Safety Guardrails to protect the walls from any vehicles moving inside the plant.

PRODUCTION AREA PROTECTION

To protect the production areas, which are the heart of the company, we have dedicated targeted solutions capable of ensuring the necessary degree of safety without becoming an obstacle for operators and goods handling vehicles.

COLUMN PROTECTION

Pillars and columns are vulnerable elements inside industrial plants, as they are exposed to impact from vehicles in general. In this regard, we have protected the most sensitive corners with the use of Impact Safety Guardrail.
