Protecting plants, walls and machinery by blocking vehicles at a speed of 14.5 km / h with a mass of 4000 kg. It is the most resistant among all Impact Safety Guardrails and it prevents impacts and accidents that can cause serious consequences for the company and employees.
Essential in the company policy of reducing repair costs and production downtimes, the Impact Safety Guardrail complies with current safety and sanitation regulations making it suitable for any production environment.
All our Impact Safety Guardrails are part of the Horizontal Impact Safety Barriers identified in the Guideline for ISB. These systems are designed and certified to stop a moving vehicle and transfer the released impact energy to the floor, without damaging it. A larger working width is required for the higher versions of the Horizontal Impact Safety Barriers which have a greater distance from the anchoring points.
The Impact Safety Guardrail can be guaranteed up to 10 years, both for breakage and floor damage.
