LOADING BAY PROTECTION: PHYSICAL PARKING ASSISTANCE

Loading bays are the most hectic place within companies. Here the control of the two key parameters of the maneuvering of vehicles, namely alignment and reverse, make the real difference between efficiency in precision and speed of maneuver and the elimination of damages.

These are the different solutions to ensure maximum efficiency in this area:

Wheel Guides: to force vehicles to position themselves perfectly in the center of the loading bay, avoiding damaging external lateral sealants or infrastructures;

Opa System: optical parking assistance, to guide the driver in reverse and gradually lead him to the stop against the loading bay;

Dock Buffers: to cushion the impact of the vehicle against the loading bay;

Loading and unloading bays are designed and built to facilitate loading / unloading operations of tipper trucks, to be able to operate safely and in compliance with the regulations, avoiding waste of time, damage to vehicles, buildings or goods. It is therefore necessary to integrate these structures with special parking systems and duck buffers to eliminate any damage due to a wrong positioning of the truck during loading / unloading.

To achieve excellent levels of safety, reliability and operating life, physical and optical safety systems must be combined which allow the transporter to be actively and passively informed of where and when he can perform the necessary maneuvers.
